He started his journey as a licensed and bonded roofing and painting business in college while studying for business management and engineering at Oregon State University. Following his experience in roofing, Chad signed on with a paving company where he got a first hand approach to site developments, street improvements, full excavation. This led him to a very successful job in housing construction where Chad worked from development, excavation, foundation, framing, siding, drywall, window installation and every aspect of roofing, painting and finish work. He was part of a crew which built many homes, remodels and additions along the way as well. Construction led Chad to a different career, but a valuable one.
Chad ended up simultaneously in the restaurant industry where he realized his love for serving people. This ended up being a large part of his life, lasting almost 13 years. He honed his natural abilities in customer service, management and problem solving. He was then recruited into real estate because of his exceptional skills with management and interactions with people as he had solidified so many great relationships with so many people.
Chad has received extensive training from Keller Williams, Premiere Property Group and Total Real Estate Group and Exp Realty in marketing, lead generation, administrative management and sales. Chad is experienced with helping his loyal customers successfully buy and sell their residential, investment and commercial properties in Albany, Corvallis, Philomath, Salem, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Independence and surrounding areas. where I attended and graduated from Lebanon Union High School and later
attended Linn Benton Community College.
After spending 41 years in the rare metals industry I was ready for a new challenge. In 2020 I received my Oregon real estate license and am currently a broker for EXP Realty LLC.
I currently reside in the Mid Willamette Valley, Oregon area with my wife, Pam. We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
